Hyper-Localized SEO Program

Hyper-Localized SEO is a program that Ascendgence provides local businesses whose geographic market is regional.  The typical client for this program is a doctor, dentist, realty office, lawyer, HVAC repair, contractor, or similar local businesses.  We develop 25 to 30 keyword phrases using regional modifiers like “chandler dentist” or “phoenix pool contractor.”   It is important for localized sites to optimize for high value localized keyword terms, not individual keywords regardless of how relevant they might be in a general/national search. We do a comprehensive analysis of what keyword terms are actually being searched and then indentify the top 25 to 40 keyword terms.  We do the primary optimization for the highly searched broad keyword terms and then secondary and tertiary pages for landing the more specific keyword terms and long-tail keywords.
